Salmon Teriyaki
Easy Salmon pan-fried and served with a delicious teriyaki sauce!

Salmon | 2 filets |
Teriyaki Sauce | 5 Tbsp |
Wheat flour | 60g |

Dredge salmon with flour
Gently toss salmon filets in wheat flour to coat them evenly.

Cook salmon
Heat a large wok or skillet over medium heat and add some vegetable oil. Add in salmon and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until cooked to medium. Gently stir. Allow the pan to sear the salmon for a strong, golden crust.

Add teriyaki sauce
Add 5 TBSp of Teriyaki sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and turns glossy.
