Miso Soup

Just 15 minutes from start to finish, Miso soup is so flavorful and comforting.
INGREDIENTS
Miso soup | 1 sachet |
Mushrooms | 50g |
Tofu | 100g |
Carrot | ½ piece |
Onion | ½ piece |
Spring onions | Handful |
INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the veggies
In a saucepan, bring 200ml of water to the boil. Add 1/2 carrot (diced) and 1/2 onion (sliced).
Simmer until vegetables are soft.

Add diced tofu
Add 50g mushrooms and 100g tofu (diced).

Add miso paste
Stir in 1 sachet of ENSO miso paste.

Garnish and serve
Garnish with spring onions.
Stir and serve steaming hot in soup bowls.
