INGREDIENTS
Boneless skinless chicken breasts | 500g |
Karaage Kit | 1 pack |
Lime wedges | 2 pces |
INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare chicken
Dice 500g skinless, boneless chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a bowl.

Coat with the mix
Coat thoroughly with Karaage mix (included in the kit).

Deep fry chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Deep-fry until cooked through, golden brown and crispy. Use paper towel to soak up excess oil.

Serve
Serve with Karaage sauce (included in the kit) and lime wedges.
