Yakisoba stir fried noodles
Stir fry noodles loaded with crisp-tender veggies in a sweet and savory sauce.
INGREDIENTS
Yakisoba kit | 1 pack |
Sirloin steak | 200g |
Onion | ½ pce |
Carrot | 1 pce |
Chicken stock cubes | 2 pces |
Chinese cabbage | 100g |
Mushrooms | 6 pces |
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the noodles
Boil the noodles (included in the kit) in hot water for 7 minutes (until slightly soft). Drain and keep aside.
Stir fry the beef and veggies
Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry 200g of beef fillet (sliced) or some tofu. Add 200g diced vegetables (mushrooms, onions, carrots, Chinese cabbage). Stir well until cooked.
Add the noodles
Add the boiled noodles.
Add the sauce
Stir in the Yakisoba sauce (included in the kit). Stir-fry until cooked through. Garnish with Nori seaweed (included in the kit).
